Roda Scego, CNM, ARNP, DNP, is a certified nurse midwife who cares for women from adolescence to menopause, as well as infants up to one month of age. She has more than 15 years of labor and delivery experience.Roda works in partnership with her patients to ensure their health and safety while providing culturally competent care. She finds it personally gratifying to support women during pregnancy. Her goal is to empower women to trust their own natural abilities and to harness their inner strength when giving birth.Roda is a member of the Somali Health Board Perinatal Committee and the first Somali-speaking women's health provider in Seattle.
