Dr. Sharan Sharma

Originally from Nepal, Dr. Sharma earned his medical degree from the Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Kathmandu. He completed an internal medicine residency at Hackensack University-Englewood Program in Englewood, New Jersey, a cardiac arrhythmia research fellowship at the Kansas City Heart Rhythm Institute and a cardiology fellowship at Michigan State University – Garden City Hospital in Garden City. His clinical interests include coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, heart failure and preventive cardiology.“I am a very good listener and value shared decision-making with my patients. I work to develop excellent patient relationships and empower each patient to control their cardiovascular diseases.”Married with two sons, Dr. Sharma’s family is the pillar of his life and gives him the energy to keep trying to do better every day.
