I am an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle surgery. My first exposure to foot and ankle surgery was as a patient myself in high school and given that experience, I became fascinated with how injuries occur, how they heal and how we can fix them.Patients come to see me for a variety of foot and ankle injuries and conditions, including sports-related injuries (such as Achilles tendon rupture, ankle instability, Jones fractures and turf toe), foot and ankle trauma (fractures/broken bones), arthritis, tendinitis, bunions and hammertoes. I also have a particular interest in cartilage injuries (osteochondral lesions) of the foot and ankle. I appreciate the challenge that comes with managing injuries and conditions of the foot and ankle. While we may discuss surgery, it’s important to emphasize that my role is to help you avoid surgery whenever possible. Above all, we will offer you the latest treatment advances in arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgery, as well as biological augmentation. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, working out, watching sports and spending time outside with our energetic puppy.
