Following her gastroenterology fellowship, Dr. Keane completed a fellowship in hepatology and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography/endoscopic ultrasound at King’s College London, followed by a two-year advanced endoscopy fellowship at Johns Hopkins. She is certified in general internal medicine, gastroenterology and hepatology by the Joint Royal Colleges of Physicians Training Board of the United Kingdom. She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom and is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She is a recipient of the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy 2022 Endoscopic Training Award, which enabled her to gain dedicated training in bariatric endoscopy at Mohak bariatric center in Indore, India, one of the busiest bariatric centers in the world. Dr. Singh has been on the faculty at Johns Hopkins since 2008, and rose to the rank of professor in 2021. Dr. Singh is a member of the board of directors of the National Pancreas Foundation, chair of the Pancreatic Disorders Section of the American Gastroenterological Association, a councilor for the International Association of Pancreatology and a member of the inaugural medical advisory board for the Familial Chylomicronemia Syndrome Foundation.
