Dr. Baez earned his medical degree from the San Juan Bautista School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. He completed his internship at the Auxillo Mutuo Hospital in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico and his family medicine residency at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital in New York.
