Dr. Elmore’s clinical interests include carotid artery stents & carotid endarterectomy and was the principal investigator for CREST (a research trial investigating carotid stents). He has extensive experience with aortic aneurysm surgery and stents, and broad experience with leg revascularization with leg stents or bypass for peripheral arterial disease. Dr. Elmore is pleased to provide minimally invasive procedures for varicose veins for his patients at Geisinger. Stent placement for renal artery disease and mesenteric disease are also procedures he commonly performs. Dr. Elmore likes to treat all his patients as if they are his own family members.
