He is an active participant and lead investigator in trials involving cardiovascular disease, medications, and devices. Dr. Baweja earned his medical degree from King George’s Medical College in India. He completed his internal medicine residency at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, N.Y., and his fellowship training in cardiovascular diseases and interventional cardiology at the University of Arizona Sarver Heart Center in Tucson. Dr. Baweja is a Fellow of the American Society of Echocardiography, American College of Cardiology, and Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.
