I care for patients who are diagnosed with lymphoma. I am really passionate about my work because our scientific understanding of lymphoma is rapidly increasing. This new knowledge is helping us care for our patients better. I strive to understand my patients, both how they feel physically and emotionally. I aim to guide my patients through the best treatment options for them. These choices may include new treatments and clinical trials. I always try to treat my patients like my own family.

Clinical trials are designed to provide patients with access to the newest possible treatments. I am also part of our multi-disciplinary cancer team including urologic oncologists, geneticists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and other specialists. I grew up in Cary and did all of my medical training in the Research Triangle Park area. I feel honored to practice in the same community I have lived in for more than twenty-five years.
