Overview
Dr. David P. Moss is an assistant clinical professor of orthopaedic surgery at The George Washington University Medical Center and an orthopaedic surgeon at Sibley Memorial Hospital. He practices out of Washington Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, located in Sibley Memorial Hospital’s Medical Building and Chevy Chase, MD. He is affiliated with Sibley Memorial Hospital, Suburban Hospital, Georgetown University Hospital, George Washington University Hospital and Bethesda Chevy Chase Surgery Center. Dr. Moss has an expertise in upper extremities, including the hand, wrist and elbow. Dr. Moss earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia. He completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery at the Hospital for Joint Diseases at New York University, followed by a fellowship in hand surgery at The Curtis National Hand Center. Dr. Moss is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the president of the Washington D.C. Hand Society. He is also the secretary/treasurer for the Osler Medical Society and a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. He was a hand surgeon for the Washington Capitals and Washington Mystics, as well as an associate team physician for the Washington Nationals. Dr. Moss was also an on-site physician for the New York Mets, a performance physician for Martha Graham and Alvin Ailey Dance Companies and a physician for the U.S. National Archery Championships. Dr. Moss has research interests in tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome and post-operative pain relief. He has published research in various publications and has done presentations and lectures as well.

Dr. Rudzki has research interests in rotator cuff injuries and surgical repairs, shoulder injury in overhead athletes, clavicle fractures, cartilage biology and transplantation and trauma outcomes research. He has contributed to numerous publications, book chapters, abstracts and conducted research, which earned him awards and nominations such as the E.O.A. Founder’s Award for Research and the Charles S. Neer Award Nomination. In addition, Dr. Rudzki has lectured and presented at national and international conferences. Dr. Rudzki is currently a consultant reviewer for the American Journal of Sports Medicine, the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery and the Journal of Knee Surgery.
