Prior to relocating to Colorado, Dr. Arthurs lived and worked in San Antonio, Texas.� He received his bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York where he was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army.�He obtained his medical training at the University of Oklahoma, which is his home state.�Dr. Arthurs� general surgery residency and training took him to Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington.�From there, he completed his vascular surgery training at Cleveland Clinic Hospital.�The first 12 years of his practice took him to San Antonio, Texas, where he was the Chief of Vascular Surgery at Brooke Army Medical Center.
