Rachel M Bond, MD, FACC, Women's Heart Health & Prevention Specialist is devoted to expert diagnosis and treatment for improved patient outcomes. She is affiliated with Chandler Regional Medical Center & Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. She is board certificated in cardiovascular disease, internal medicine, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology and is a registered physician in vascular interpretation. Dr. Bond is a well-known spokesperson for the American Heart Association, Go Red for Women Campaign.Women may experience certain life events that put stress on their body; many of which that occur during their reproductive years. It is important to recognize that those stressors can cause cardiovascular health concerns and we need to educate to prevent and seek early diagnosis of these cardiovascular issues. I have dedicated my career to the prevention and diagnosis of heart disease in women because I believe they have these unique cardiovascular care needs.
