"Born and raised in India, Dr. Gosavi has always been attracted to medicine. She received her medical degree from R.G. Kar Medical College in Kolkata, India. Dr. Gosavi completed a residency in internal medicine at University of Missouri - Columbia and a fellowship in cardiology at Texas Tech University - El Paso.
Exposed to a lot of heart disease during medical school, attracted Dr. Gosavi to follow a career in cardiology. She has a special interest in preventive cardiology, hypertension and metabolic syndrome.
