I have the privilege of being a general surgery specialist in my community. I enjoy being a part of my patients' lives as we work together to treat a particular surgical condition or problem. It is so rewarding to engage in problem-solving that makes someone's life better. That's what motivates me each day. Endocrine surgery lends itself to a personal problem-solving approach. Surgical diseases of the thyroid and parathyroid glands form the core of my practice. As a general surgeon, I enjoy fixing hernias, removing gallbladders, and performing gastrointestinal procedures. Having a broad scope of practice allows me to see a diverse range of patients and this is very satisfying for me.
