Philosophy of care | I see each patient as a unique human being; nothing about you is irrelevant or unimportant. My main objective is providing you a clear diagnosis and an understandable, appropriate and safe treatment plan. I will walk you through any hurdles regarding your condition. | Why I entered medicine | I entered medicine because I wanted to be a problem solver. I discovered in medicine numerous opportunities to improve a patient’s quality of life. | Community involvement | I support the Epilepsy Foundation. My approach to charitable involvement is that it must remain private. The reward is not associated with recognition, but with the fruits of the contribution. | Personal interests | I am an avid reader and a pathological hoarder of books. I like to travel. I have never been the athletic type, but discovered I like CrossFit, even if I struggle a bit to keep up.
