Overview
I focus on treating patients with head and neck cancer, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, and maxillofacial trauma. I also have interests in microvascular (free flap) reconstruction, transoral robotic surgery, salivary endoscopy and medical education. I was privileged to do my residency training here at Duke and look forward to bringing my energy, dedication and leadership to our group.

Clinical research consists of overseeing clinical studies of patients undergoing new treatments and therapies, and publishing articles in peer reviewed medical journals. Hearing and balance are among the most fundamental ways people interact with the world. As an ENT doctor, otologist, and neurotologist, I am very fortunate to work in a profession that allows me to help patients having problems with these most basic functions. Every patient I work with presents a unique and challenging problem that needs a creative solution.
