Dr. Meredith Mccormack

Dr. McCormack is a pulmonary, critical care physician and Associate Director of the Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine Division. She is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with obstructive lung disease, including those with asthma and COPD. She has expertise in pulmonary physiology. She serves as the Medical Director of the Johns Hopkins University Pulmonary Function Laboratory and as the Chair of the American Thoracic Society Pulmonary Function Test Committee. She earned her M.D. from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University and her M.H.S. from the Bloomberg School of Public Health. She completed her residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and performed a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at Johns Hopkins. She was the recipient of the Frederick L. Brancati Excellence in Mentoring Award. She plays an active role in mentoring fellows and junior faculty in the Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine Division.
