Dr. Nestor D. Tomycz

Dr. Wecht is clinical professor of neurological surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and chief of neurosurgery at UPMC St. Margaret and UPMC McKeesport. He has an active spine and general neurosurgery practice and cares for patients at UPMC Presbyterian, UPMC Shadyside, UPMC McKeesport, and UPMC St. Margaret.
