Dr. Baez earned his medical degree from the San Juan Bautista School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. He completed his internship at the Auxillo Mutuo Hospital in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico and his family medicine residency at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital in New York. He began practicing family medicine in 1992 and joined the staff at Ochsner in 1995. Dr. Baez is board certified in family medicine and practices at Ochsner Health Center in Slidell.
