Kenneth Altman, MD, PhD, is chair of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery for the Geisinger Neuroscience Institute and a professor at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.|Dr. Altman earned a doctorate in biomedical engineering and his medical degree from Duke University.
