Dr. Wesley Fung is a board certified vascular surgeon specializing in the diagnosis and interventional treatment of vascular pathology. Using surgery or minimally invasive techniques, Dr. Wesley Fung treats obstructive and aneurysmal diseases of the carotid, peripheral, and visceral circulations, as well as venous pathology and varicose veins. We also provide creation, repair, and maintenance of hemodialysis access for patients, and port insertion and removal. San Fernando Valley Vascular Group, has a private on-site surgical suite and exam rooms, for consultations, diagnosis and treatment. Our highly trained staff ultrasound technicians provide our physicians, referring physicians and patients, with state-of-the-art imaging, for diagnosis, and follow up care, from our on-site vascular lab. We are able to provide test results in a timely manner, and are able to accommodate walk-ins, for diagnostic ultrasound imaging. We also have locations in, West Hills, Burbank and Valencia.I believe in treating my patients as I would a family member. I give each of my patients my personal attention and care.

Dr. Kong received a Bachelor of Arts from John Hopkins University and Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Tennessee. Prior to completing his vascular and endovascular fellowship at Emory University he completed his General Surgery Residency at Tulane University School of Medicine. Belonging to the Society of Vascular Surgery, Dr. Kong has written over one dozen manuscripts in endovascular procedures.
