Additional Areas of Focus
Dr. Trumble has provided the following conditions as areas of focus. Please note that we may not have enough data to validate their experience in some of these conditions.
Clinical Research
Clinical research consists of overseeing clinical studies of patients undergoing new treatments and therapies, and publishing articles in peer reviewed medical journals. Providers who actively participate in clinical research are generally at the forefront of the fields and aware of the most up-to-date advances in treatments for their patients.
Proliance Surgeons
With a clinical practice that spans the range of upper extremity pathology, I have advanced training and interest in the newest techniques for hand and wrist trauma, arthritis of the upper extremity, nerve compression syndromes including carpal tunnel, tumors around the hand and arm, and repetitive stress injuries. The trend is towards less invasive procedures to allow more rapid return to work, sports, and daily activities. Surgery is just one option; many of these diagnoses can be successfully managed without surgery with a coordinated approach including therapy, medications, and patient education. Even though my focus is on the upper extremity pathology, it is important to recognize that these problems commonly affect the whole patient - their work, recreational activities, and even simple daily tasks - and their treatment must be undertaken in that context. Dr. Guyette is rated as a Distinguished provider by MediFind in the treatment of Osteoarthritis. His top areas of expertise are Synovitis, Dupuytren Contracture, Trigger Thumb, Wrist Arthroscopy, and Trapeziectomy.

Dr. Robon did his undergraduate work at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from medical school at The Ohio State University. He completed his fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital. Earlier, in his years as a competitive All-American swimmer, Dr. Robon endured years of medical treatment for multiple orthopaedic injuries. These experiences shaped his practice philosophy today; good patient care involves making accurate and timely diagnoses, but equally important is treating patients with respect and compassion. By helping his patients understand their problem, this not only results in the treatment of the immediate problem, but hopefully, helps to avoid future injuries and pain. Additionally, Dr. Robon is married and has three sons. He and his wife enjoy exploring the great outdoors by skiing, hiking, golfing and trail running in the Cascades. Dr. Robon is Board-certified in Hand and Orthopedic Surgery. He treats patients with all types of orthopaedic fractures in addition to his specialty focus in hand and upper extremity surgery. Dr. Robon is rated as a Distinguished provider by MediFind in the treatment of Osteoarthritis. His top areas of expertise are Trigger Thumb, Dupuytren Contracture, Rhizarthrosis, and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
