He completed his Internal Medicine residency in 1999 at Loma Linda University but stayed on an additional year as the chief medical resident. Dr Hill then completed his Gastroenterology fellowship at Loma Linda in 2003. After fellowship he took a position at Sutter Medical Group in Auburn California where he practiced for over 5 years.
