Overview
Dr. Prateek Gandiga is an Associate Professor and Senior Physician in rheumatology at Emory University (Atlanta, Georgia). In addition to General Rheumatology practice, he heads the Emory Myositis Specialized Clinic and is a multi-disciplinary faculty member of the Emory Interstitial Lung Disease Center.
Dr. Gandiga's professional interests in autoimmune myositis (including dermatomyositis, polymyositis, and anti-synthetase syndrome) are strongly influenced by his previous work as an academic hospital medicine specialist at Georgetown University, where he served in several local and national leadership positions. Dr. Gandiga resides in Atlanta and enjoys spending time adventuring and eating gelato with his wife and their gooberhead of an adopted dog.
