Overview
Kathryn C. Humm, M.D., is a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist who is passionate about working with patients to overcome infertility. Dr. Humm completed her undergraduate degree at Yale University and then earned her medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts where she was elected Administrative Chief Resident. During that time, she was awarded several teaching awards including the Chief Resident Prize for Excellence in Teaching. Dr. Humm then continued her training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Boston IVF to complete her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. After fellowship, Dr. Humm spent seven years treating infertility patients and teaching Obstetrics and Gynecology residents at George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. Dr. Humm is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She has published abstracts and papers on topics including preimplantation genetic testing, in-vitro fertilization (IVF) outcomes, and the influence of race and ethnicity on IVF outcomes. Washingtonian magazine has regularly recognized Dr. Humm as a Top Doctor in infertility. Originally from Bethesda, Maryland, Dr. Humm lives with her family approximately one mile from her childhood home. In her free time, Dr. Humm enjoys many outdoor activities as well as playing piano and painting.

Originally from Virginia, Dr. Doyle is married and enjoys competing in triathlons, as well as skiing and exploring the outdoors. Jennifer Hsu, M.D., earned a full undergraduate merit scholarship from University of Virginia, where she continued her graduate studies and earned a medical degree. As a University of Virginia Medical School student, Dr. Hsu extended her research efforts abroad in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala and was ultimately honored with the Medical Alumni Association (MAA) Outstanding Medical Student Award. Dr. Hsu traveled north from Virginia to complete her residency at Columbia University Medical Center, then on to Boston to complete her fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Hsu is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She is also a member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI), American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society (PCRS). An accomplished researcher, Dr. Hsu has contributed to more than 15 presentations across the country on topics including intrauterine insemination (IUI), anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH), and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). She has also served as a peer-reviewer for several publications including the Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics. Dr. Hsu is very active in the medical community, with experience as a lecturer and oral examiner at Harvard Medical School. She has also given back to a rural community by providing free medical, and women’s health services at outreach events in Appalachia. Dr. Hsu has proudly returned to Virginia, where she’ll be joining SGF at the Woodbridge location. She speaks Spanish fluently, further broadening her fertility care to diverse communities.
