Dr. Alice F. Tsai

Dr. Tsai has been practicing in Arizona since 2007 and joined Ironwood Cancer& Research Centers in 2010. She earned her MD at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and completed an internship at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, Illinois. She then completed her residency at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, (one of only thirty-nine NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers) where she trained with the world's leading experts in prostate cancer care.  Dr. Tsai treats all types of adult cancers.  She has extensive experience in Accelerated Partial Breast Irradiation brachytherapy (APBI), HDR brachytherapy, IGRT, and IMRT. She has published numerous studies and articles in the basic sciences and radiation oncology and has been invited to give presentations on APBI at national conferences including the American Brachytherapy Society and American Society of Therapeutic Radiation Oncology. Dr. Tsai is Board Certified in Radiation Oncology by the American Board of Radiology.
