Dr. Michael A. Mchenry

Dr. McCabe earned her medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia where she majored in biology and psychology. She completed her residency at the University of Colorado. Dr. McCabe is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.Dr. McCabe specializes in spine, musculoskeletal and electrodiagnostic medicine. She is passionate about enhancing and restoring functional ability and quality of life for her patients utilizing a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach. She is proficient in ultrasound guided joint injections, trigger point injections and fluoroscopic- guided joint injections and utilizes these skills along with medication management, therapeutic exercise and psychological support to help her patients heal and thrive. She also performs electromyography (EMG) studies to evaluate for carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy and cervical and lumbosacral radiculopathies. Dr. McCabe also performs Botox injections to treat conditions such as spasticity, thoracic outlet syndrome and chronic migraine. She is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.In her spare time, Dr. McCabe enjoys spending time with her two boys, husband and dogs, exercising and traveling.Dr. McCabe welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans. Dr. Xu is a Physiatrist specializing in Interventional Pain and Spine.
