He is currently the principal investigator of the EARLY TAVR trial and the PROGRESS trial, two major studies in the field of aortic valve disease. Dr. Généreux is also involved in multiple early-stage companies in the field of interventional cardiology and heart failure. He received his medical degree from the Université de Montréal, Montréal, Québec, Canada, his cardiology and interventional cardiology degrees from Université de Sherbrooke and Sacré-Coeur Hospital, Montreal, Canada, and performed his advanced interventional cardiology and structural heart fellowship at Columbia University and Cardiovascular Research Foundation, in New York city.
