Dr. John Stratidis

Dr Ward Carpenter is a board-certified internist, HIV specialist and expert in LGBT primary care including transgender medicine. He earned his medical degree from UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey where he first discovered his passion for community health. He has spent his entire medical career providing LGBT-specialized primary care and HIV care in both private practice and community health settings, including two of the largest LGBT health clinics in the country - Callen Lorde Community Health Center in NY and the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
