Overview
Dr. Ashley Falk is board certified in family medicine and serves as a core faculty physician for the Florida State University College of Medicine/Winter Haven Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program at BayCare. She teaches resident physicians in the program, providing in-depth instruction in family medicine. During their residency, physicians train and provide care in Polk County. Dr. Falk completed her undergraduate degree in biology at American University in Washington, DC. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Falk then completed a family medicine residency at Offutt AFB/University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. She has extensive experience in providing a full range of primary care to all ages, including services provided as part of the United States Air Force. She possesses a passion for improving primary care access for our communities. She is affiliated with Winter Haven Hospital.
