Dr. Cassandra Formeck
Overview
Cassandra Formeck, MD, MS, is a pediatric nephrologist and is certified in pediatric nephrology by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She received her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, followed by her nephrology fellowship at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. During her fellowship, Dr. Formeck completed her master’s degree in Clinical Research at the University of Pittsburgh Institute for Clinical Research Education.
