Philosophy of care | I think medicine always needs to be practiced within the context of what is right for each patient. Two patients may desire to handle the identical situation differently, and as long as their choices are safe and suit their goals, I am comfortable being flexible with how I manage their care. I feel strongly that common sense and a humanistic approach should always guide us. | Why I entered medicine | I find pregnancy fascinating, and working with pregnant women is incredibly rewarding. I love to learn and teach, and I find medicine a perfect career for this endeavor.
