Overview
I was drawn to dermatology because I knew it would provide the right balance of science, artistry and meaningful patient relationships and allow me to care for patients at every life stage. I love being able to use the physical exam as my primary diagnostic tool rather than relying on invasive blood work or imaging. Skin often tells the story of what is happening inside the body, which makes the work both fascinating and rewarding. As a lifelong pianist, I also appreciate the precision and creativity that dermatologic procedures require. My clinical interests center on chronic inflammatory conditions as well as skin cancer prevention and treatment. My intention as a dermatologist is to treat the whole person, bringing curiosity, compassion and respect to every patient encounter.
