Franklin H. Chou, MD, is a graduate of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, as well as a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at UPMC. Dr. Chou is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and obtained a subspecialty certificate in surgery of the hand. Dr. Chou is a member of several professional and scientific societies including the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
