Dr. Gelareh Sadigh

Dr. Gelareh Sadigh is a board-certified UCI Health neuroradiologist who specializes in imaging of the brain and spine. Her clinical interests include brain neoplasms and white matter diseases.She earned her medical degree at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Iran. She completed both a residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in neuroradiology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga. Prior to joining UCI Health and the UCI School of Medicine, she served as an assistant professor of radiology at Emory.Sadigh is the author or co-author of more than 100 published manuscripts, with an emphasis on patient-centered healthcare delivery. Her major areas of research interests include healthcare utilization, shared decision making and costs of care. She is the principal investigator for two multi-institutional randomized controlled trial funded by the National Cancer Institute of the National Institute of Health.She also serves as Director of Radiology Health Services and Comparative Outcome Research, Associate Chair of Faculty Development for the Department of Radiological Sciences and Assistant Lead for the Cancer Control program of the UCI Health Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center.
