He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and is a member of the American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, Society for Neuro-Oncology, Children’s Oncology Group, and the Pediatric Brain Tumor Consortium. His wife is a pediatric cardiologist at UPMC Children’s and has an interest in long term cardiac outcomes for oncology patients. Together they have two girls and a beagle mutt.
