Overview
What I do when I'm not seeing patients:I believe in innovation and continuing to learn new ways to do the same things better. I attend neurosurgery conferences all over the country and read the literature to make sure my neurosurgical practice is up to date with the newest technology and techniques. My time playing Big Ten football at the University of Wisconsin taught me the importance of physical fitness and I enjoy working out and staying in shape. I treat every day I operate as a physical and mental test of my fitness. Traveling for pleasure, meditating, and spending time with my family keeps me mentally fit and ready to give you the best neurosurgical care.
