Overview
From a young age I have always wanted to become a physician. Growing up in a family of Firefighters and Paramedics, I was surrounded by individuals who selflessly dedicated themselves to the pursuit of helping others. Being a physician allows me to explore my interest in scientific advancement along with utilizing my skills and training to care for patients in their time of greatest need. What I want my patients to know about me:I am extremely dedicated to my patients and I always look for hope, even in challenging situations. I try to instill confidence in patients and families by being honest and trying to understand the difficulties they are facing, both medically and personally. I am passionate about teaching and research. I believe the benefit of discovery and education improves the care I provide patients. What I do when I'm not seeing patients:Spending time with my family is my greatest joy. Spending time outdoors, particularly playing sports with my son, is always rejuvenating.
