As the Program Director of the Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellowship and Associate Director of Bariatric Surgery, Dr. Gellman is committed to academic excellence and training future surgeons. He is also actively involved in the New York State chapter of the ASMBS, serving as past Chairman of the Patient Safety committee.
Dr. Gellman has shared his expertise worldwide as a lecturer and speaker at national conferences in both the United States and Europe.
