Overview
Dr. Dorfman is a board-certified physician in family medicine. She enjoys taking care of her patients of all ages and backgrounds, but especially enjoys adolescent and women's medicine. Preventive medicine is also an important aspect of her practice. She believes that treating disease is important but preventing it is the ultimate goal. After residency, Dr. Dorfman practiced medicine in New Zealand and gained invaluable experience as a rural doctor. Dr. Dorfman was born in Laos but grew up in Garland, Texas and is a proud graduate of North Garland High School!.
