Overview
My mother is a Registered Nurse and I was always interested in her work. She was at a small, rural Family Practice and that type of environment is where I envisioned myself working since grade school. In college, I fell in love with the science of medicine and now I truly enjoy being able to explain and translate health and disease processes to my patients in a way that they understand so together we can help them live a more healthy and full life. What I want my patients to know about me:I really enjoy women's health and having consultation visits with women so that they are aware of all of their birth control options. I am certified in placing intrauterine devices and subdermal implants (Nexplanon) here at Meadowbrook for women who are interested in these options. What I do when I'm not seeing patients:I enjoy being outdoors and active in sports, camping, hiking and spending time with my husband and son.
