Dr. Levy graduated with his undergraduate degree from Columbia University in New York, New York. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, where he also completed a surgical internship. Dr. Levy finished a Neurosurgery Fellowship at UNC–Chapel Hill before moving to Tampa, Florida. In Florida, he completed both a residency in neurosurgery and a second fellowship specializing in the spine with the University of South Florida. Board-certified, Dr. Levy has worked as a neurosurgeon for more than two decades. His clinical interests include general neurosurgery, failed fusions, artificial disc replacement, spinal stimulators and prosthetic spinal reconstruction. As a former collegiate athlete, Dr. Levy understands the importance of diet, rehabilitation and personal health.“My job is to allow my patients to make informed decisions about procedures that may benefit them.”A married, father of two sons, Dr. Levy enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, shooting, cooking and traveling.
