
Overview
Dr. Silpa Kilaru is a specialty care physician board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine. She joined Inova in 2025 and has been practicing since 2007. Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Kilaru was the medical director of the Lung Transplant Program at University Hospitals of Cleveland in Ohio.
