Overview
Sam A. Buffer, Jr., MD, is a cardiologist and is certified in cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is vice-chairman of the Cardiovascular Department at UPMC Passavant and is an assistant professor of Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania.
