Dr. David M. Goldenberg

Dr. Tanguy Seiwert is an oncologist in Baltimore, caring for patients with head and neck cancer. He serves as the director of the Head and Neck Cancer Oncology Disease Program and the co-director of the Bloomberg~Kimmel Institute for Immunotherapy at the Head and Neck Cancer Program at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Dr. Seiwert earned his M.D. at Johannes Gutenberg Universität in Mainz, Germany. He completed his residency at the Duke University School of Medicine and performed a fellowship in hematology/oncology at the University of Chicago Medicine Mitchell Hospital-Hyde Park. Dr. Seiwert served as chief editor for Frontiers in Head and Neck Cancer and as an editorial board member for the Journal of Clinical Oncology and Oral Oncology. He is a reviewer for multiple medical journals, including Lancet Oncology, Annals of Oncology and Clinical Cancer Research. He has been recognized by the American Association for Clinical Oncology for multiple Merit Awards and a Young Investigator Award. He was a member of the NCI Head and Neck Cancer Steering Committee, and is a member of the American Association for Clinical Oncology, the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer, and the European Society of Clinical Oncology.
