Dr. Margalit’s research focuses on integrating new technologies and targeted therapies to improve cure rates while minimizing side effects of cancer treatment.She is the recipient of multiple awards including the inaugural Brigham and Women's Hospital/Dana-Farber Department of Radiation Oncology Outstanding Clinician Award that recognizes ""expert patient care, demonstrates compassion and respect, and pursues excellence with integrity.""".
