Before he completed his training, he served as Chief Resident for the Department of Neurosurgery. Dr. Eichberg also completed a Neurosurgical Oncology fellowship at the University of Miami, focused on minimally invasive brain tumor surgery techniques.Dr. Eichberg has published over 130 peer-reviewed publications focused on the clinical, translational, and basic science of brain tumor biology and surgical treatment.To me, the most gratifying part of my profession is the meaningful connections I make with my patients, and to see them healthy and feeling better after surgery, he says.
