Enrico M. Novelli, MD, is a classical (benign) hematologist, the Chief of the Section of Benign Hematology, and the medical director of the UPMC Adult Sickle Cell Disease Program. Board-certified in hematology, Dr. Novelli received his medical degree from the University of Milan, Italy. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in hematology-oncology at UPMC. Dr. Novelli specializes in sickle cell anemia and hemoglobinopathies.
