Alex Harrison, MD, FACC is a board certified cardiologist serving the community of Santa Maria as well as offering noninvasive outpatient cardiovascular imaging services at C4 Imaging. He earned both his Bachelor of Science and Medical Doctorate degrees from the University of California, San Diego. He then completed internal medicine training with Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego and cardiovascular fellowship training at the University of California, Irvine. Additionally, he has clinical and research expertise in the cutting edge field of cardiovascular imaging including appropriate use and interpretation of cardiac CT angiography and cardiac MRI studies. He founded Santa Marias first outpatient cardiac nuclear myocardial perfusion program and is the Director of Central Coast Comprehensive Cardiovascular (C4) Imaging. He was named in 2011 and currently acts as the Director of the Non-Invasive Cardiology Department at Marian Regional Medical Center.
