Dr. Herbert D. Ladley
Overview
Herb Ladley, MD, MBA, FACC, became a cardiologist because he was captivated by the heart's anatomy and physiology. He joined Ballad Health CVA Heart Institute in 1984, and loves the relationship he's built with patients he's cared for through the decades. He believes that taking time to listen to his patients helps him understand how best to treat them. A native of northern Virginia, Dr. Ladley says he was drawn to the Appalachian Highlands because of the people, the recreational activities and the climate. When he's not working, he enjoys staying fit on the farm.
