He was also involved with Piedmont Atlanta's Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infection (CAUTI) committee and helped to devise new hospital protocols which decreased the incidence of CAUTI by over 50%.He is a fundraiser and cyclist for both the Atlanta HIV Vaccine 200 and AIDS Lifecycle raising over $10,000 and covering over 2,100 miles in the last 3 years in support of these organizations. He also enjoys writing sketch comedy, building gaming PCs, scuba diving, escape rooms, and cheering on the Atlanta Hawks with the 6th Man Squad.
